Completely new for 2011 are our lightweight GRP tank and side panel sets to fit 200 and 240 Professional Fantic's. A simple alteration to the frame tubes means that the tank will also fit the 300 Professional, and will provide much better appearance as well as increased steering lock and reduced weight over OE parts.

All of our GRP tanks are made using a combination of vinyl ester and novalac epoxy resins, and are guaranteed for one year against anything not related to damage sustained in use or improper fitting. Tanks come in RAL3020 traffic red gel coat finish, which is highly polished, but other colours are available to special order.

Side-panels are fitted using a very neat fixing method that employs stainless steel CSK allen bolts, which means that lost panels are no longer a problem. If frames and ancillary parts are powder coated in RAL3020 and other refurbishment work has been carried out to a high standard, then its possible to end up with a bike which looks almost as new.

Tanks are much more compact than OE parts, and being narrower at the front, means the steering stops can be modified to provide additional steering lock.  With steering stops altered a Fantic TS is a lot more manoeuvrable, and can be easily ridden through sections where riders of modern machines have to hop and jump their bikes around!
